The color is different than the photo, unfortunately. Customer service was good though. Overall I wouldn’t recommend the heat activated, especially for the price.

Second pair from this shop. I was hoping the first pair was just a bad one but the second was the same. The ends don’t file off cleanly like other brands and leaves a rough edge that catches on everything. Took them off the next day. Super bummed I bought several pairs and now I’m tossing them:(
